  4. Reapply Regularly – Reapply every two hours or immediately after swimming or sweating, even if the sunscreen is water-resistant.

  5. Daily Use, Rain or Shine – UV rays can penetrate clouds and windows, so make sunscreen a daily habit, regardless of the weather.
